The fee is payable upon the successful completion of the property transaction (e.g., signing of the lease, sale deed, or agreement). Scope of Services Click Property India will provide professional brokerage services, including property marketing, client matching, coordination of visits, and assistance in negotiations and documentation. Payment Terms Payment of the agreed brokerage fee must be made within 5 days of the transaction's completion. Delayed payments may attract additional charges or interest as per company policy. Accuracy of Information The property owner must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the property.
