The fee is payable upon the successful completion of the property transaction (e.g., signing of the lease, sale deed, or agreement). Scope of Services Click Property India will provide professional brokerage services, including property marketing, client matching, coordination of visits, and assistance in negotiations and documentation. Payment Terms Payment of the agreed brokerage fee must be made within 5 days of the transaction's completion. Delayed payments may attract additional charges or interest as per company policy. Accuracy of Information The property owner must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the property. Any undisclosed legal disputes, encumbrances, or liabilities related to the property will be the sole responsibility of the owner. Non-Exclusivity (if applicable) Unless specified otherwise in a written agreement, the property owner may engage other brokers or agents for the same property. Confidentiality Click Property India will handle all property and client information with the highest level of confidentiality. Termination Either party may terminate the brokerage engagement with prior written notice of 10 days, provided there are no ongoing transactions facilitated by Click Property India.
